Power Take-Off (PTO) Design and Service

The plate bolts to adapter housings with SAE 1-5 registers. The Pump mounts direct to the plate.

The freestanding unit is used when there are no adapters available to mount the PTO housing direct to the engine. This PTO are commonly used to drive fire pumps on tugs with fire fighting capability.

The 900 PTO can be delivered with the quick change option. This allows the air clutch boot to be replaced without disturbing the alignment.

The design can be adapted  to clutch sizes up to 14".  Power ranges from 20 to 880 HP. 

The 1000 series of PTO's is designed to mount to a SAE 1-5 register and can accept various gear boxes. The PTO's can drive pumps up to 880 HP at 1800 RPM

The PSI Model 1100 is specifically designed for the Cat 3300.  The maximum 8" Clutch is capable of 140 HP @ 1800 rpm and can be supplied with an Pitts electric or Airflex clutch or equivalent. The accessory attachment has a standard SAE C pad. 

The PSI Model 1700 is specifically designed for the 4.4, 6.6, 7.1 and 9.3 CAT generator engines. The mounting bracket connects directly to the forward end of the engine block and provides the register surface for the bell housing. Built to last Season after season.

The PSI Model 1900 is designed for CAT 18 Engines, a new designed cast steel mounting braket provides a size 2 register to align the PTO housing.
