Our Service Team comes from diverse back grounds with years of experience and training on KaMeWa, Escher Wyss, Kawasaki. Berg, Bird Johnson, etc in conjunction with being factory trained on PSI and PSI/Liaaen cpp systems and tunnel thrusters.

Electric and Pneumatic Control Design and Service

PSI has hundreds of proven control designs in operation. PSI has controls for main engines, CPP's, Fixed Pitch Propellers, Tow Winches and Thrusters. Our team is capable of troubleshooting and repairing most vessel control systems. We maintain a wide varitety of control parts in stock.

We protect your interest in the Ship Yard

Our service engineers will support you in every aspect of your overhaul project. We send out a daily progress report and we will stay on time and in budget. Quality work and a bottom-line focus of on-time delivery reduces costs during a Drydocking.

We Reverse Engineer and Manufacture unavailable Parts

Manufacturers can disappear from the markets and parts can be difficult to obtain. PSI can reverse engineer unavailable parts. All that is required are the dimensions of the original part, its mating pieces or a sample for 3D measurement. PSI uses SolidWorks CAD to create new drawings and manufacturing documentation. If we are not 100% sure that our parts will fit like OEM parts, we will not take on the job. All of PSI’s resources, such as special relationships with multiple foundries, production sites and workshops means a rapid manufacturing process so that spare parts can be delivered fast to eliminating costly down time.

In House Repair and Overhaul

We provide full open and inspection of all your ship board equipment from the smallest shuttle valves to your propeller hubs. Our in house bridge crane easily handles 13 tons and with 30' under the hook no job is to big or to small.
All in-house repairs are rigorously tested prior to being shipped out so you can be confident they work upon re-installation. All testing is done in the presence of owner representation when requested or required.
