Shaft Brake Design and Service

The PSI pneumatic shaft brakes are based on the Twiflex calipers.

​PSI designs, installs and services Mathers brakes based on the SB30 caliper.

Mathers shaft brake calipers are well engineered and have a long service live if they are maintained correctly. If the brake is losing his holding power or oil starts to leak it is time for the next service.

Chimes are used to correct the gap between disk and brake pad.
