We took all components of the PTO's and gear boxes apart for inspection. The PTO housings had to be machined cut to get them flat and parallel.
The oil seal retaining plates on the front of the engines where not mounted flush and had to be replaced. NC Power Systems located the parts and lended us the special tools. The CAT PTO adapters where damaged and had to be replaced.
We fabricated new mounting feet to support the gearbox and pump. The Marco DP26 Gear Box is fully serviced and correct aligned. The pump is now running true and parallel to the crank shaft.
